Up until December 2004, all of our orders were fulfilled through Provident Distribution. As of December 1, 2004, all of our orders are now fulfilled through the Hal Leonard Corporation.

If you are a church or individual, and you are looking for a solo track, please refer to one of the following websites:

www.praisehymn.com - The official site for all Praise Hymn products. Labels include: Praise Hymn, Praise Hymn Traditional, Mastertrax, Mastertrax Gospel, You Can Sing Gospel, Sound Performance, and Modern Worship Soundtracks.

www.singersclub.com - This site is specifically designed as a resource for singers. The site features audio clips of specific accompaniment tracks, so you can find just the right track in the right range. It also includes articles and vocal helps from Chris and Carol Beatty, creators of the Vocal Coach, as well as articles from other vocal specialists, such as the staff from the Vanderbilt University Vocal Clinic.

www.songtracks.com - To purchase tracks online, this site is a great resource. Soundtracks from many different companies are featured. Search by specific title, artist, category, or format. Audio samples from many of the tracks may also be sampled.

You may also wish to contact your local Christian bookstore.

If you are a Christian bookstore, and you are looking for a solo track, please contact your Provident Music representative.

If you are looking for a track for choral music, please continue on the website, or contact your Brentwood-Benson representative at 800-846-7664.

5. Do you accept unsolicited material from aspiring songwriters? - Back to Top
Unfortunately, we are not soliciting any outside material. We are sorry for the disappointment this policy may cause; however, we are simply unable to process the large quantity of unrequested material we receive.

There are several sources for you to have your material reviewed and/or receive advice on becoming a songwriter. One source is the Gospel Music Association’s Academy of Gospel Music Arts. They hold seminars and competitions for aspiring songwriters and artists. There is a fee for this. They can be reached at 1-800-GMA-3211 or www.gospelmusic.org. There is a conference held each October near St. Louis, MO called “Write About Jesus.” The registration fee includes song competition, teaching, and one-on-one evaluation. Their number is 636-925-1265, or you can access their web site at www.writeaboutjesus.com. You may also try the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). Their number is 615-256-3354, or you can access their website at www.nashvillesongwriters.com .
